I am a qualified English teacher – I graduated from The University of Wolverhampton in 2017, graded ‘Outstanding’. I’ve worked at a secondary school in Shropshire since 2017, and I have worked as second in department since January 2020. I am currently on maternity leave after having my beautiful baby in January 2024.

I enjoy reading; it is one of the best things to do to improve your vocabulary and your confidence in English.
My other hobbies are politics, walking, films, and spending time with my family.

I teach the AQA syllabus. I have taught private tuition for a number of years – mostly GCSE English Language and Literature exam lessons. I have a proven track record for improving grades. The pupils that I have taught note how their confidence has increased with me tutoring them.
